Treatment during your first trimester is possible but will be conservative at is it a crucial time of development. It is a time where your body will feel tired due to the hormonal changes. Cramping and back ache can occur but this is normal.

In your second trimester, you are finally adapting to your new hormonal cocktail. You feel more energised but now the bump may start to show and mechanical shifts and pulls may start to arise. We can help you adapt to your changes more smoothly release tensions that might appear and give you relevant stretches and exercises.

In your final trimester, the baby grow almost at double speed therefore you weight is changing more drastically. This can put a strain on your body but also your vascular system. Our osteopathic treatments during the 3rd trimester can help promote blood flow, deep breathing, relieve postural strains and prepare you for birth.
