Pilates for everyone in our lovely studio above our clinic near Oxford rail station.

Whether you are a total beginner or continuing your Pilates strengthening journey, Clinical Pilates will give you the specialised support and training you need. Having the osteopathy background with the APPI method, Eglantine’s Pilates classes provide rehabilitative as well as general strengthening. The APPI method is a physiotherapy led Pilates based on rehabilitation exercises and patient/client assessment.

You may want to start Pilates to build on your weaknesses, correct your posture, rehab an injury, strengthen your pelvic floor after delivery or simply keep fit.

Eglantine offers one to one classes for bespoke programs and small classes of maximum 6 people for better supervision. If you have a particular injury or are a beginner, it is recommended to have an assessment session with induction previous to starting classes so I can better suit your needs.

Classes tend to be 1 hour and consist of a warm up, a series of exercises and a cool down. Courses for group classes can be flexible between 4-6 weeks depending on school holidays or calendar months. One to one online zoom classes are also available for continuing patients.
