This service will remain available during COVID-19 and until further notice for those of you who are in the more vulnerable category or just prefer to stay at home.

The consultation is a 30 minutes video call using Telehealth via my booking system. You will not need to download any App or other. All details on how it works will be on the confirmation email of the booking.

I will take a case history and you will show me where the pain and discomfort is. I will ask you to do certain movements to try and determine the cause of complaint. Based on this, I will construct a bespoke program of stretching, exercise and advice.

There will be a follow up email 5-7 days later to check on improvement and fine tune and adapt program to progress.
