For those of you who prefer, Pilates classes can resume online as I am currently teaching only 1:1 classes face to face.

If you are new to Pilates and wish to start an online course, I will ask you to fill in a registration form with a brief medical and injury history prior to your first class. This is so I am aware of physical weaknesses and can adapt the class to your needs and goals.

There is an option between a 30 min class or 55 min class. The class is a Live online class using Telehealth via my booking system. You will not need to download any Apps. All details on how it works will be on the confirmation email.

All You will need is a mat to do bodywork exercises but if you have more equipment that will add to the variation and progress of the class!
